Workshop on “Essentials of Inventory Management” will help you to understand the impact of volatility on the inventory management.The participants will play “Supply Chain Beer Game” and “Lean Manufacturing Game” and analyze the root causes of inventory problems.The workshop will build upon the base models of inventory management and develop multi-echelon inventory optimization technique, using hands-on exercises. It will cover practical aspects, key challenges and initiatives to drive inventory reduction using an integrated approach of “closed loop inventory management”.
