Designation: Territory Commander – West Bengal

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary Range: Rs. 30,000-35,000/- Gross per month

Type of Position: Full time

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands on understanding of Drishtee’s 4C model.
Budgeting and planning.
Building and training the team.
Mapping the target blocks.
Community engagement programs.
Forming batches for capacity building programs.
Identifying entrepreneurs for credit and market linkage support.
Training and supporting the entrepreneurs.
Identifying market linkage opportunities.
Liaison with govt. bodies.
Handling finance and MIS activities.
Liaison and reporting to Area Office and HO.

Desired Qualification Level: Post Graduate (Any stream) / MBA

Most Relevant Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years experience preferably in rural based organization

Most Important Skills:
Geographical knowledge of operational area,
Knowledge about Territory functions.
Proficiency in local language
Good leadership quality,
Target oriented,
Good analytical capacity,
Good presentation skill & community sensitive
