The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International offers international professional
qualifications in Logistics and Transport at Certificate and Diploma levels.

We will launch the following Professional Course this year starting February 2012 at Gurgaon
CILT International Certificate in Logistics & Transport

We had 3 Winter Interns in December 2011 from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay and DCE who worked on
Marketing Strategy, Operations Plan for launch of this course

Now we are looking at 3 Interns to work with us again in our Supply Chain and Logistics Skill
Development and Learning Vertical on the CILT –ThinkLink Certificate and execute the following
initiatives on ground

Implementation of Learning Management System (LMS)

Objective: To implement Learning Management System to cater to learning delivery
requirements for various learning programs.

The project would involve:
Needs assessment for various types of learning delivery models
Study of the LMS functionality and match with the needs assessed
Preparation the implementation plan
Implementation of the LMS

Learning Content Development

Objective: To design and develop learning modules for an educational program in Logistics
and Transportation.

The project would involve:
Study of the program objectives and the target group
Developing program outlines in line with the objectives, along with session plan and
objectives
Researching the content appropriate for the program
Structuring and putting together content in line with session plan

 Go-to Market Strategy Plan rollout

For the target audience i.e. graduate students (engineering/non engineering) of colleges in
Delhi and NCR region, we will be organizing a half day session of Careers in Logistics and
SCM in their colleges, and will also run the pre-assessments of interested students who wish
to enroll with us for the courses on the same day, interns will be part of pre and post
assessments

Duration of Internship : January-March 2012

Stipend: 5000 per month

Location: Gurgaon
