Download the form, Fill all the required fields and along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of PPIFM, payable at Hisar. And send it to : PPU City Office, First Floor, Paras Hotel, Parijat Chowk, Hisar, Haryana – 125001 Also Type PPU your name location and sent it to 54242. Example : PPU KUNALHisar Write your answer in the blocks or you can use separate sheets. Attach separate sheets along with the forms. You can write your answers in Hindi or English.

Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the answers in the form. The short listed candidate for the final auditions will be informed on or after May 25th, 2012. You will receive the confirmation SMS and one can also check the selected candidates(s) list on our website – www.ppu.edu.in.

Phase II

1) Final auditions for the short listed candidates will be conducted between May 27th June 1st in Hisar. Candidates will be informed through SMS or one can see the final list on our website-www.ppu.edu.in. 2) 30 candidates will be short-listed after final auditions. They will join a week residential summer camp. 3) Selected 30 candidates has to deposit Rs. 1000/- each as registration fee.

Boarding and Lodging will be free for all the final 30 candidates. Highlights It’s a 14 days residential program. Candidates will learn the basics of Acting, Direction, Cinematography, Editing and Sound. At the end of the program, each candidate will get to make a 2 minute film. Final screening and an Award Night will be held for public and families. Top 5 candidates will be given scholarship (if they choose to join PPIFM).
