We are pleased to share about skyKpaar with you.

It’s an Experiential Learning Provider Organisation with a key focus on Career Orientation.

We aim to provide Life Transforming, authentic Educational experiences to school students which
aid their Inner & Outer Visibility, develop multiple intelligences and hence, ensure their Holistic Development.

We believe that the future of education would be highly individualized (catering to specific desires)
and highly collective (networked, peer-based, socially relevant). So, we are designing modules which are a reflection of this.

To give an idea as to what exactly we are doing:

1. Let students test drive their career choice before they zero down to one.

2. Introduce the concept of Internships in Schools.

3. Instil a sense of self-belief in students through tailor made camps, make them Dream Big
and encourage to Explore.

4. Give technology education (not technology in Education) an altogether different dimension.

5. Introduce Liberal Arts in a very appealing manner.

6. Showcase direct relevance of the subjects they study by exposing them to the Real World.

7. Make them do lots of projects to promote inter-disciplinary learning.

8. Make them Realise the importance of commitment to their own capabilities.

We envision a world where there would be no boundaries between ‘school’, ‘work’ and ‘life.’ Skilful
people, from accountants to scientists to artisans, would have a steady stream of apprentices and
learning would be happening at all places making it a ‘child friendly’ world.

As part of our work, we regularly deal with students, parents and school authorities. So, we are

looking for an intern with exceptional communication skills to foster these relationships with all
the stakeholders involved and take them to another level.
