Desired profile:
Preferably a Female candidate.
If possible from Aviation & Hospitality Back Ground & near to Koramangala area.
Qualification: preferably Graduate with Good English (Oral & Written) & Local language knowledge.
One who is aware of or experienced, in education - training business, training institute's business and able (or interested) to work in start up organization.
Responsibilities:
To get good quality trainees for institute's training programmes
Cold calling, follow ups, data base management & basic counseling of walk in queries
Scheduled meetings with educational institute's decision making authorities to get permission for promotional presentations & activities
Coordination & support to Marketing Officer for off line & on line ( Internet, Social Networking) marketing activities
Must Know for applicant:
Continuous support from seniors will be given
Smart working with; minimum inputs & guidance will be expected
Freedom (of experiments) & Flexibility (in timing & operations) will be provided "WITH expectation of productive & sensible utilization by executive"
Remuneration, designation & Incentives (performance bonus) will be decided depending upon candidates capabilities to get business to institute BUT surely not unsatisfactory

Once again the executive will be basically responsible to get good quality trainees with all possible marketing, sales & business practices.
