The Indian youth climate network (IYCN), Hyderabad chapter is looking for a young project coordinator to handle and supervise a video making competition organized in association with the Humane Society International (HSI). The project will involve promoting the competition and engaging the public and experts in discussions on the issue of climate change in relation to animal agriculture. The project is for a duration of five months starting early April and adequate compensation will be provided. The coordinator needs to be well aware of the current issue of climate change and should be willing to undergo a small training on animal agriculture and its impacts on climate change. There is no specific criteria for the educational background of the coordinator except for a genuine interest in dealing with our environmental problems.

The project coordinator will be supported by a media coordinator and two interns. The coordinator is expected to work from the IYCN office at Hyderabad and report to the regional coordinators of IYCN and HSI. This is a full time role and the coordinator is expected to spend at least 30 hours a week on this project.
