Job Description:

Analyze and define content structure, learning objectives, and instructional approach. Prepare storyboard for presentation and representation, and assessment methods. Evaluate and recommend authoring tool required for creating engaging and interactive eLearning content that is SCORM/AICC compliant. Collaborate with the subject matter experts and formulate instruction method that suits the content with appropriate mix of interactivity, simulations, visuals, storyboards, videos and audios. Convert the course material into eLearning content as per the agreed design, structure and timelines. Build students’ assessment tools e.g. quiz, questionnaire etc. to support the eLearning content.
