ICICI Fellows is a transformative. 15-month programme, carefully crafted to create a generation of socially responsible leaders for India\\\'s growth and development. It endeavours to groom you to scale the highest rungs of social leadership. This programme provides you with the opportunity to work on two grassroots projects of six months each, with separate rural NGOs across the nation, interspersed with modules on management training and leadership development. Additionally, a mentor and a coach will be there, to support and guide you right through.

The entire experience is aimed at providing you with the skills and experiential knowledge to take up leadership positions across sectors. And, not to mention, helping India take giant strides toward a better tomorrow.
