About the Company:

SUKRUPA is a registered non-profit, charitable organization that addresses the educational and socio-economic development of disadvantaged children and young adults in urban and rural Bangalore, India.

About the Internship:

We are currently looking for students/graduates to co-ordinate and help organize events at Sukrupa.

Desired Profile:

The events intern will work closely with staff and provide support in all aspects of event organization, including arranging venues, organizing publicity and coordinating speakers and event itineraries.

The intern will gain significant experience in organizing events for a NGO in a much specialized field, as well as develop key networking and presentation skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relations, both with externals and internal parties.

Experience of organizing events, either as a volunteer or in a paid capacity, is essential. Experience organizing events for an NGO is highly desirable.

Stipend Perks:

An internship certificate will be provided after successful completion of the internship period. Travel allowances will be paid.

Duration:

3 months with an optional extension for 6 months based on student’s academic calendar. Full time positions will be offered to interested candidates. We are flexible on work timings.

Start date: Flexible based on student’s academic calendar.
