Sound knowledge of Instructional design theories and storyboarding, Good visualization skills, Good command on English language Familiarity with eLearning development process and standards Excellent Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (eg. Flash, Captivate, Articulate, Lectora)

Job Description:

Authoring e learning material, using the storyboard created by the instructional designer, in rapid authoring tools or Flash. You will be expected to suggest appropriate tools and technology to create engaging and interactive e learning within given timelines. You will communicate and work closely with the instructional designer to deliver the eLearning output.
