Need an entrepreneur, Not just an engineer

This is about an e-commerce start-up in indian retail sector. The project is in planning stage and the market research is being done. Need to develop the software, design, website for the e-commerce business.

Need a developer with strong knowledge in java & PHP (or either one, but really strong) with a spirit of entrepreneurship. Why entrepreneurship??? There are two main reasons. a) this is not an usual e-commerce business & is more of a blue ocean product. So, it needs lot of passion to build something new. b) we are bootstrapping this business, meaning we are not paid (or paid nominally) until we get external funds. The developer will have a chance to become a shareholder of the business. The first phase of the project would take around 3 months. The location is either Bangalore or Chennai.
