This workshop focuses on the most basic concepts needed in entry level Autonomous robotics events. The workshop will give the participants a skill set enabling them to build and operate autonomously controlled robots.

Course Outline:

1. Binary system, Boolean algebra, logic gates
2. Types of digital logic
3. Registers
4. Control design and ALU
5. Block wise functioning and relation to logic
6. Basics of programming and logic
7. Algorithm design and implementation in hardware and software
8. Bascom key words and syntaxes
9. Bascom looping and logic
10. Testing and debugging
11. Project management

Duration: 6 hours

3 hours theory, 3 hours programming and building

3. Interface a variety of actuators ( motors etc ) ( hands on )
4. Basic fundamentals of programming a system to run without an Operating
system on it

1. Line followers , obstacle avoiding bots , and many more
2. Calculators , digital temperature sensors etc
3. Basic automation based systems .
