The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) was founded in 2009 under the leadership of Mr. Anil Sachdev (Founder of Eicher Consulting Services and Grow Talent). SOIL’s philosophy is that of Inspired Leadership which revolves around the five pillars of Compassion, Diversity, Ethics, Mindfulness and Sustainability. These are practiced everyday by all of the people associated with SOIL. SOIL is a business school that provides holistic education that builds inspired leaders by enabling people to know who they are, recognize their purpose and realize their full potential, to build organizations of consequence. Forwarding this thought we have partnered with 32 esteemed consortium corporates which believe in the similar core values of SOIL. At SOIL, the students come from diverse backgrounds with experience ranging from 0 to 7 years. Education at SOIL is driven by distinguished faculty who have taught and consulted across the world. They help build a real time global perspective of the business world, and explore new paradigms in learning and innovation.

 

When we at the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) envision a brighter future, we like to share it with the world. We realize that in such changing times, organizations need a leader who can not only take decisions but can instil the same attributes and values in their subordinates. A sense of direction is achieved by conveying a strong vision of the future.

Meeting of Minds (MOM), Youth forum of SOIL, is a quintessential group of bright minds from schools, colleges, corporate and the rest of the world out there who wish to voice their opinions and ideas, brainstorm amidst perspectives and come up with solutions to some of the pressing issues today. The event features an eclectic blend of the wisdom of the experienced and the uninhibited enthusiasm of the youth, uniting on the same platform.

 

Last time, the theme for MOM was ‘Be the change you want to see – Making an impact through work’ in which students from top schools and under graduation colleges across India voiced opinions and exchanged ideas around issues concerning today’s youth.

 

This time, the theme of the forum is “The Power of Young India” and the event is scheduled to be held in SOIL campus on 15th of October, 2011.

 

We will have a panel of distinguished speakers; individuals who have chosen the path less travelled and made a difference and who are Inspired Leaders in their own right. Brought together by a common purpose, SOIL offers a platform where they can share their experiences and perspectives on how one can make a difference through work.

 

Through this forum, we look at exploring the difference ‘YOU’ as the future of India can make. This forum is an attempt to help solve issues starting from raising awareness to generating ideas and transforming these ideas to action.

 

Commemorating youth and their relevance to the present day world, here we, at School of Inspired Leadership, bring forth to you - “Meeting of Minds”.
