Eligibility
Open to students pursuing under graduation or post graduation who think conserving environment is necessary and are looking for a space for critical thinking.
The Youth Education and Action Area is inviting applications from young people from India, and other countries, for the Second Youth Unite for Voluntary Action (YUVA) Meet 2010. The theme for the meet is ‘Understanding Climate Change through the Social Glass’. YUVA 2010 is a special event of the Delhi Sustainable Development Summit (DSDS) 2010 - a flagship event of TERI being organized since 2001.YUVA Meet 2010 aims to provide the youth with a holistic overview of the emerging environmental challenges.
YUVA Meet 2010 will provide the youth a platform to put forward their views, exchange ideas, and form a common network, thereby, reaching out to many more like-minded people. The meet will be held from 2-3 February 2010 at the British Council, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.registartion fee of Rs.250 applicable for the Indian participants.
To apply , send your CV and write up ( not more than 500 words) on " What according to you is the biggest social impact of climate change?
