Eligibility
All UG and PG students
The Second Shilesh Chandra Mishra National Parliamentary Debate Competition will be organised by Chanakya National Law University, Patna. It will be a 3 on 3 parliamentary style debate similar to Asians format. Each institution can send up to 2 teams, each consisting of 3 speakers and an accompanying adjudicator. All participants who register as speakers will be required to show proof of enrolment in the Colleges/Universities that they represent. The registration fees is Rs. 500 per individual which covers accommodation, food and refreshments for all 4 days of the debate.
