BG Group is accepting applications for its Engineering & Operations Graduate Programme.It is a two-year graduate development programme designed to build on the knowledge you’ve gained at university, enhance your technical and practical skills and give you the best possible start to a career in Engineering and Operations.During the two year programme you could have up to three or four assignments, at least one of which is away from your home country. Experience different working cultures as you build your understanding of the organisation and industry.After your programme, in a substantive role, it is possible that you could enjoy opportunities to work internationally throughout the rest of your career.One will be provided with opportunities to manage ther own professional development and build the basis for future career.
The applicants need to complete and submit application online.If your online application meets the initial selection criteria, for certain disciplines and countries, you will be invited to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests.Applicants who clear the online test will be invited for a technical face-to-face interview with a functional manager.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a graduate selection centre.The selection centre is a simulated work experience designed to elicit graduates’ natural behaviours and future potential. During the selection centre you will be asked to participate in a number of different exercises, both as a group and individually. These exercises are designed to allow you to demonstrate behavioural competency in a number of areas including analysis, team-working, personal presentation and planning.The selected candidates will be offered two year graduate programme.More details can be found in the website mentioned.
